GENERAL
Maltahotelsonline.com operated by Oswald Arrigo Ltd, sells accommodation, transfers and excurions in Malta according the local law, and licensed by the Malta Tourism Authority (Licence No: TRA/O 03), VAT No. MT1039-1730. Although maltahotelsonline.com is the service provider, some services will be provided by a third party company. The contract and payment will be concluded with maltahotelsonline.com and service voucher received by email will be official document/service receipt. By ticking the check box “I agree to the terms & conditions”, when making a booking, you agree to all these terms and conditions.
RATES & PRICES
All rates published are in EURO currency. The rates are subject to changes due to currency fluctuations, the increase of VAT or other taxes. All published rates do not include any locally charged bed tax that may be imposed by the local government and that may need to paid on destination. Any such increase will automatically affect offered rates. Other currencies displayed are at for reference only, and exchange rates may not reflect the current exchange rate of the day. All transactions will be charge in the EURO rate.
PAYMENT TERMS
For all bookings (this includes excursions, transfers & accommodation) in their respective section, the total cost will be charged to a valid credit card on booking. Amount charged is refundable subject to cancellation policy below.
There is no contractual agreement between the customer and MaltaHotelsOnline.com, until the credit card transaction is complete, and confirmation voucher is sent to customer. All contractual agreements will be made in English language.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If a booking (this includes excursions, transfers & accommodation) in their respective section, is:
• Cancelled after 1200GMT 7 days from arrival date, 15% of amount is non-refundable.
• Cancelled after 1200 GMT 2 days before arrival date, 50% cancellation charge
• Cancelled after 1200 GMT 1 day before arrival or NO SHOW, 100% cancellation charge.
To modify or cancel a booking, kindly fill in the amendment form.
In the event of a confirmed booking being unavailable by the supplier, MaltaHotelsOnline.com will endeavour to offer an alternative solution of the same or higher standard in same location or manner. If this option is not accepted, or if customer prefers, MaltaHotelsOnline.com will give a full refund to the client. In such cases, MaltaHotelsOnline.com will endeavour to contact the customer as soon as being notified by supplier.
MaltaHotelsOnline.com reserves the right to cancel a reservation in the event of website booking system error, malfunctions and/or price calculation error.
If credit card is invalid or incorrect, and money cannot be transferred, maltahotelsonline.com, has the right to cancel any booking with notification to the customer.
RATINGS & ACCOMMODATION
Hotels details and ratings are published according to the official hotel rating by the Malta Tourism Authority. In some cases these may not reflect the current condition or quality of the Hotels.
The hotels are in line with fire & safety policies according to the Malta Tourism Authority and the Laws of Malta
MaltaHotelsOnline.com cannot be held responsible for any claims in reference to current condition of any hotels.
INFORMATION ON WEBSITE
Information on the site is given in BONA FIDE by MaltaHotelsOnline.com and its suppliers with reasonable care ensuring all information is as accurate as possible.
Images and hotel descriptions published on the website are given and approved by the respective hotels, and MaltaHotelsOnline.com is not responsible if any images or text, misinform any customers. If any information is incorrect and must be amended, MaltaHotelsOnline.com will take action and amend such information after prior notification.
Customers agree that MaltaHotelsOnline.com cannot be held responsible for any changes in such information causing inaccuracies, which have not been notified to MaltaHotelsOnline.com by the respective suppliers.
Certain facilities published on the site for the respective services may not be available at the time the customer will be making use of the service, so it is the responsibility of the customer to check the facilities in question.
COMPLAINTS
Any complaints with reference to services booked on this site are to be made ON LOCATION immediately to service provider (to reception in the case of a hotel), or to MaltaHotelsOnline.com by telephone. MaltaHotelsOnline.com will do its best to resolve the complaint with the respective service provider; however, responsibility rests with the respective service provider. Complaints with respect to the functionality of the website, or any unlikely errors or incorrect transactions, must be notified immediately by email or phone in order to be rectified.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by the Law of Malta, and any disputes with regards to the transactions made on this site must be resolved exclusively in the Judicial Courts of MALTA.
